8. Autoimmune complications?
9. Cancer complications?
10. AIDS defining illness?
11. Any wasting, weight loss? Or general constitional symptoms?
12. CD4 count and viral load and trend?
13. Enquire about mucocutaneous manifestation of immunodeficiency as these tend to distress socially – e.g. molluscum
14. Quality of life?
15. Treatment – what and response to it?
16. Why treatment changed? Resistance studies been done?
17. Dental work/ complications?
18. Compliance with meds?
19. Unprotected sex now?
20. Thoughts about dying/ long term prognosis?
