Comment:

The erect FEV I and forced vital capacity are severely reduced with a normal spirometric ratio. The supine spirometry is very severely reduced consistent with the patient's history of myasthenia‑gravis and muscle weakness. Inspiratory weakness is confirmed on direct testing.
